Products in this phase are actively being produced and sold by Buehler and individual machines may be under warranty or out of warranty depending on the timing. These products are fully supported by our global service organization including technical support, parts, software updates and preventative maintenance.
Continued Support
(Out of Production)
Products in this phase are no longer being produced or sold by Buehler and individual machines may be under warranty or out of warranty depending on the timing. Our global service organization continues to support these products including technical support, parts, software updates and preventative maintenance.
Best Effort Support
(Out of Production)
Products in this phase are no longer being produced or sold by Buehler and individual machines are out of warranty. Our global service organization will continue to provide technical support & troubleshooting for these products on a best effort basis. Most replacement parts are not available for these products. Repair work and/or software upgrades are not available. This phase typically begins 5 years from the end of production.
