UltraPrep^® ダイヤモンドラッピングフィルム

UltraPrepダイヤモンドラッピングフィルムは、表面の平坦性と最小限の変形が重要な用途向けに設計されています。これらのラッピングフィルムは、0.1µmから30µmまでの幅広いサイズを取り揃えています。用途には、マイクロエレクトロニクス機器、ウェハー、セラミック、光ファイバー、石油化学などが含まれます。

FibrMet^®研磨ディスク

FibrMet研磨ディスクは、酸化アルミニウム研磨材でコーティングされています。湿式でも乾式でも使用でき、表面の平坦性が重要な光ファイバーやマイクロエレクトロニクスなどの精密研削や研磨用途に最適です。これらの研磨ディスクは、0.3µmから12µmまでの幅広いサイズを取り揃えています。

アブレッシブ^®パウダー

Abrasive®(アブレッシブ®)パウダーは、鋳鉄や錫材料の微粉砕用です。目的の粘度にするためには、蒸留水との混合が必要です。

FibrMet研磨ディスク (50枚)
FibrMet Abrasive Disc are PSA (polyester backed) films, approx. 0.1 mm thick, coated with an aluminum oxide abrasive. These discs can be used wet or dry and are most suitable for fine grinding and polishing application, such as optical fiber and microelectronics where resultant surface flatness is essential.
