Abrasive Vises for Sectioning
Abrasive Vising
Vising for Abrasive Saws and Cutters
Abrasive Vising options
- 2-Piece Quick Sliding Vise — Place your samples directly on the table, maximizing cut capacity under the blade. Effortlessly adjust the sliding jaw for easy loading and unloading and to accommodate different sample sizes and shapes without the need to relocate your vise. Enhance versatility by utilizing the close-gap feature for exceptionally controlled and precise cuts.
- 2-piece Sliding Vise – Place your samples directly on the table, maximizing the cut capacity under the blade. Easily adjust the front and back blocks to create more space for larger parts or to accommodate irregularly shaped samples. Available in medium and large sizes.
- MetKlamp VIII and VIIIS – Quickly clamp your samples and ensure parallel cuts using this single piece vise. The VIIIS model is ideal for smaller machines like the AbrasiMet M, while the standard version is ideal for medium-sized machines/samples.
- Speed Clamping Vise – Clamp samples of any shape with its versatile, reversible jaw plate, featuring sides for cylindrical and irregularly shaped parts. Similar to the MetKlamp VIII, this vise enables quick clamping and ensures parallel cuts. Available in medium and large sizes.
- Fastener Vise – A specially designed vise accessory for holding small components and coupons. It can be effectively combined with any of the Sliding, MetKlamp, or Speed vises.
- Vertical Clamping Kit and Riser Blocks – These vises and the best choice for irregularly shaped samples, featuring flexibility to change clamping heads for various geometries and flexibility to place at any point along the T-slots, in any orientation, to achieve the perfect clamp. Available in small and large sizes. Combine with small or large riser blocks to increase the clamping height for larger parts.
- Vee Block – A valuable addition to vertical clamps, the Vee block is designed to elevate larger parts above the vise table. Use Adjustable Vee Blocks to further lift the Vee blocks.
- Horizontal Clamp – Designed to enable vertical vises to clamp against a vertical surface instead of the vise table for specialty applications.
- Chain Clamping Kit – The perfect solution for clamping very large and/or irregularly shaped samples.
